What courier do you use for deliveries?

We use GrabExpress Delivery, Mr Speedy or Mr. Ban (our private despatch boy) to send most of our orders. We reserves the right to use discretion in any circumstance where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.

What is the cut off time for next day delivery?

Order made before 5pm will reach you before 5pm the next day. All orders should follow our current standard delivery schedule unless requested otherwise.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

Sure we do! Just place your order with us and we will deliver to you based on stock availability.

Can I request to deliver according to my schedule?

Of course you can! We understand that everyone is busy running errands. Just let us know what is your preferred delivery day and time and we shall try our very best to match yours. What is your standard delivery schedule?

We only do delivery on every Thursday and Friday night between 7pm to 10pm. For public holidays and weekends, we will follow our cut off time for same day delivery. Otherwise, you may submit a request form at contact us OR email us at hello@wainhub.com with your order number. Our team will contact you for arrangement on your preferred delivery day and time and we will try out best to match accordingly.

Can I collect from a local store?

For now, we only operate from a backend office and via e-commerce platform. Do support us more often so that we could have our official Wainhub retail store soon!

Can I track my item?

Sure you can. You may submit a request form at contact us OR email us at hello@wainhub.com with your order number. Our team will contact you upon checking your orders.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?

We typically don't have control over that. As long arrangement is made based on your discretion. All you need to do is let us know what is the final arrangement and provide us the pick up person's contact number for our driver to reach out to them.

Do I have to pay any delivery charges for my order?

Generally, we include all delivery charges within 30km from our PJ office @ 3 Damansara Shopping Mall.

A fix rate of RM 15 delivery fee is charged across for location such as:

Rawang
Hulu Langat
Bandar Mahkota Cheras
Cyberjaya
Putrajaya
Kajang
Klang

OR any areas above 30km. Subject to our drivers availability. Do contact us to find out the flexibility we can offer.

Can you deliver to outstation?

Ops. We haven't expand to that far yet. Rest assured, it is in our upcoming pipeline!

I'm new, how do I order?

Select the product you desire and click on Add to Basket. Your order will automatically be added into the shopping cart. Thereafter, check carefully on all your items placed before proceed to check out.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We currently do not accept any credit cards at the moment but we do accept E-Wallets as most of our customers prefer them.

Can I make payment upon delivery?

Sure you can! We are flexible in our payment method.

How do I apply a promotional code?

Sign up for our newsletter and get your first time purchase promo code! You can add a valid promotion code in the Basket upon check out.

Do check out on our special offer promo code via Facebook and instagram.

Can I use a different payment method?

Yeah why not! We offer E-Wallet payment or scan our DuitNow QR code for on the spot payment.

When will my card be charged for my order?

Due to the nature of our payments system, the full cost of the order will be charged to the card as soon as it is placed.

How can I make a complaint?

In the rare occasion we make a mistake we are more than happy to take all customer feedback. There is always room for improvement.

Is it possible to change the address/cancel or amend my order?

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, for any changes to your order, please call us immediately after placing the order. We can attempt to stop or amend your order with our dispatch team, if it is not possible, we will advise you on the next steps.

Why am I missing an item in my delivery?

Let us know what items are missing and we will replace it immediately on the same day or latest by next business day subject to stock availability. Call or WhatsApp (+60 10-831 5495) us immediately.

What if I don't remember my account PW?

You may click reset password and proceed with the necessary changes.

How do I return an item?

We only allow refund or exchange if you receive your items delivered damaged/defect/broken on the same day.

Can you confirm you have received my return?

We aim to process returns within 3-5 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by our team upon return received.

How long will it be before I get a refund?

Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department have done this, your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 3-5 working days.
